This popular treatment consists of combining three services with the intention of releasing
stubborn muscle tension, while promoting a sense of complete physical and mental well-being.

The treatment starts with acupuncture in order to help begin quieting the mind and release stress, while focusing on targeting your main concern. The option of a back or front treatment can be discussed at the time of the session.
A 30 minute massage will then follow to continue decompressing tension and addressing your troubled areas, promoting further circulation to the back, neck and shoulders.
If requested, Dry Needling will also be incorporated. This technique which takes a few minutes, will be included during the time of the massage part of the session. Its popularity comes from the heart of the long lasting results from the quick release of trigger points that are causing persistent muscle tension/pain.
