Personal quote
"When you make yourself a priority, you are creating a strong foundation for everything else to grow upon."
Montserrat is a NYS licensed and board certified acupuncture and massage therapist. Trained in both the USA and Europe, she brings more than 15 years of alternative medicine experience into her sessions. She founded Alquimia in 2006, opening her first private practice in one of the major medical hubs of Long Island's North Shore where she was highly respected by her clients as well as the centers' medical professionals.
Montserrat moved to Williamsburg in 2016 and decided it was the perfect location to resume her practice. Feeling tremendously blessed to have been part of so many clients' wellness journeys in her Long Island clinic, she now looks forward to bringing the healing benefits of her acupuncture and massage therapies to the Williamsburg community.
She has extensive experience in working with a variety of clients, from those looking for relief of general stress, to more complex issues concerning pain, emotional wellness, women's health and the symptoms of chronic illness.
