This combination treatment consists of a 60 min massage followed with a 30 min Reiki.
Aimed to alleviate physical discomfort, reduce mental stress and regulate emotions
The treatment starts with a full body 60 minute massage to help address your physical discomforts, , increase circulation and reduce tension.
A 30 minute Reiki session will then follow to provide further healing by encouraging a state of deep relaxation in order to balance the body-mind connection.
