 Lymphatic Drainage, aka MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), is a slow and gentle type of massage that helps maintain the body's proper balance of fluids.  Its objective is to reduce excess water retention and favor the elimination of waste substances, thus helping to reduce swelling, promote skin detoxification and promote general relaxation. 


The benefits:

 Sessions are customized to each client's specific needs. 

BEFORE BOOKING MLD:   If you are just post-surgery or have any complex underlying health conditions, you must first be cleared by your doctor to receive Lymphatic Drainage or any other form of manual therapy, and your drainage tubes should have been removed.  In order to avoid us from not seeing you at the time of your session, a note of clearance from your doctor, must be presented at the time of your appointment.  Your well-being and comfort will always be our main concern.
