Unlike many commercialized mists that tend to use synthetic oils, Mindful Mists uses the purest essential oils ensuring a gentle yet effective experience.

To ensure optimal results, every blend is meticulously crafted, carefully adjusting the quantities of each essential oil through rigorous testing and retesting. Each blend is allowed to mature for a couple of weeks to achieve its full potential. This meticulous process takes 2 to 4 months, involving experimentation with the perfect combination of essential oils, allowing them to settle, and then fine-tuning to harness the specific benefits of each blend.
