Montserrat Markou, MS, LAc, LMT

Facetune_23-10-2025-18-32-28_edited.jpg

Trained in the United States, Europe, and China, she integrates more than 20 years of clinical experience with a global perspective on health and well-being.

She works with individuals seeking not only pain relief, but also renewed energy, reduced stress, and a deeper reconnection with their physical and emotional well-being. Her expertise ranges from pain management and women’s health to supporting symptoms associated with chronic conditions.

A cornerstone of Montserrat's practice is Dry Needling (Trigger point therapy), a technique she applies with clinical precision to release deep muscular tension, restore mobility and flexibility, and help the body return to its natural balance.

This has made her highly valued by athletes, runners, cyclists, and fitness enthusiasts, as well as individuals presenting with muscular tension associated with occupational demands or stress-related factors.

Montserrat lives what she teaches: she believes in movement, mindful self-care, and a life where body and mind work in harmony.  She enjoys long walks and draws inspiration from music, culture, and the arts.
