Montserrat brings more than 20 years of experience to her practice, with a background in both massage therapy and acupuncture, including a Master of Science in Acupuncture. Her education and professional training in the United States, Europe, and China have shaped an international and integrative approach to health, performance, and overall wellbeing.​

Throughout her career, she has worked with people with a wide range of needs—from those looking to relieve discomfort or reduce stress to those seeking to recover from physical activity, maintain an active lifestyle, or take a more proactive approach to their health. Her approach combines therapeutic massage, acupuncture, and complementary techniques, with each session tailored to the individual and what they need at that particular time.

A key area of specialization within her practice is acupuncture trigger point therapy, also known as Dry Needling, a technique she applies with precision to release deep muscular tension, restore mobility and flexibility, and help the body return to its natural equilibrium.
