CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW

 

ALQUIMIA WELLNESS has a 24-hour cancellation policy.   Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but late cancellations or missed appointments prevent that time from being offered to another client.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

To respect other clients' appointment times and keep the schedule running smoothly, late arrivals may result in a shorter session. The full appointment fee will still apply.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cash or Bizum accepted.

 

 

PACKAGES

• Packages are for individual use, non-transferable and non-refundable.

• 3-session packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

• 5-session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

​

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
