This popular treatment consists of combining two services —or three, if dry needling is requested (at no additional cost) — with the goal of relieving persistent muscle tension and promoting a deep sense of physical and mental well-being.
The treatment starts with acupuncture in order to help begin quieting the mind and release stress, while focusing on targeting your main concern. The option of a back or front treatment can be discussed at the time of the session.
A 30 minute massage will then follow to continue decompressing tension and addressing your troubled areas, promoting further circulation to the back, neck and shoulders.
If requested, Dry Needling can be added at no additional cost. This technique, which takes just a few minutes, is incorporated into the massage portion of the session. Its popularity comes from the lasting results it provides by quickly releasing the trigger points that cause persistent muscle tension and pain.
