Neck Treatment

Stretch Therapy, also known as Assisted Stretching, is a hands-on session designed to improve mobility, reduce muscular tension, and support healthy movement patterns. During the session, the body is taken through a sequence of controlled stretches that lengthen muscles, gently mobilise joints, and improve overall range of motion.​

This method can help the body move more efficiently, support physical performance, and assist recovery following exercise.
